Located in Luvalle Commons, the Resilience in Your Student Experience (RISE) is a wellness hub to empower UCLA students to build resilience and incorporate self-care into their lives. Offers meditation sessions, therapy dogs, art therapy, just to start.

PEERS® FOR YOUNG ADULTS

PEERS® is a manualized, social skills training intervention for youth with social challenges. It has a strong evidence-base for use with adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorder, but is also appropriate for preschoolers, adolescents, and young adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other socioemotional problems.

DEPRESSION GRAND CHALLENGE

Track your mental health with the Screening and Treatment for Anxiety & Depression (STAND) Program and free receive immediate mental health help if needed! The STAND Program is available for all registered UCLA students.

UCLA GRIT PROGRAM

GRIT peer coaches are trained to provide weekly 1x1 coaching support to their fellow peers to achieve personal, academic and professional success. Some topic areas of focus include strategies for stress-reduction, problem-solving, goal-setting, and connection to themselves as well as the greater campus community.
